“My dream was to create something that both clients and performers would love, and that’s exactly what Pop Up is. We’re taking the entertainment industry to whole new levels.”
Amy is the Founder & Managing Director of Pop Up Global. Having been a performer herself for several years, Amy’s dream to have her own entertainment business was a long-standing one. The ultimate goal was to create a company that would thoroughly modernise entertainment on land and at sea, while also tackling the serious issue of performer negligence and mental health difficulties within the industry.
Amy’s passion for making waves within the industry was, and still is, fierce, and with the rest of the Pop Up team by her side, what was merely a dream several years ago is set to be taking the world by storm any day now!

Laura’s journey with Pop Up started in 2017. Having an acute awareness of the various difficulties performers can face within the industry allowed Laura to play a significant role in the creation of Pop Up’s unique approach surrounding performer welfare. Her passion for creativity, industry know-how and love of performing shines through in everything she does!

Dan has worked within the entertainment industry for over 12 years, but has found his true home here at Pop Up. The majority of his experience has been within the cruise sector, and as such, Dan is entrusted with the management of our various cruise contracts. His knowledge of key clientele, scheduling expertise and infectious smile makes him well placed to help us offer the very best in cruise ship entertainment!

“More needs to be done to help performers tackle mental health stigma. I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to work with people who can see and understand that. We’re doing things differently here, and we aim to spread the word!”
Shelley is a multi-role phenomenon, acting as an Admin Manager, Performer and Chief Happiness & Casting Officer here at Pop Up. She joined the company in 2018 with a wealth of experience under her belt as a production singer at sea, having sailed the world for 6 years with various cruise lines. It’s safe to say that Shelley belongs in the world of performing, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her here.

Tom

Tom has worked in the entertainment industry for over 10 years, gaining experience in various roles within the sector. In addition to dedicating a significant amount of time to performing onstage, Tom has also worked as an agent, a talent booker, a vocal coach, and in a production department.
By joining Pop Up Global, Tom brings his wealth of experience as a Project Delivery Specialist, where he is responsible for managing all of Pop Up’s UK-based clientele.

Hey, I’m Anna! My career started over a decade ago and I’m lucky enough to say that it has taken me all over the world. I have been in the cast of Mamma Mia! for Royal Caribbean, taken on the role of Dance Captain/Assistant Choreographer for Marella Cruises and performed in various pantomimes and events across the country.
I began my transition into choreography back in 2016 as Rehearsal Director and I’m now so grateful to be part of the incredible team here at Pop Up - they are the future of entertainment and I’ve never felt more at home!

“My goal is always to bring out the genuine heart and soul in every note our performers sing. Nothing fills me with more pride than watching them truly embrace a song - and what better place to do it than this patient, fun and nurturing environment?”
Sandie previously worked with Amy as both a coach and a performer, so having her join the Pop Up team was a no brainer! As well as producing vocal arrangements for our shows, Sandie works closely with our singers to fine-tune and guide them vocally throughout their rehearsal period. Musical directing involves a lot of persistence and hard work, but plenty of laughs, too.
